Shailja brings over a decade and a half of leadership experience, including service in the Export House and advanced leadership training in the manufacturing and engineering college. She has experienced many ups and downs in the journey of her life before she decided to setup a venture where every one can work as a family member and where people are treated as a human instead of a working machine. Shailja is a philantrophist lady and support the people who directly and indirectly care for lepers, blinds, poors and orphans.
